This website provides information about the services of Logística Ebiole S.L. (immigration documentation management, administrative procedures and logistical support in Equatorial Guinea) and allows visitors to contact the company and check the status of a file using a tracking code.

No documents are uploaded through this website: the documents you give us for a procedure are added to your file by our staff, in a private area with restricted access. We do not collect bank details. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
We process your data because you send it to us voluntarily to request information or a service, and because it is necessary to carry out the procedure you entrust to us. By submitting the form or writing in the chat, you consent to this use.
Retention
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if you hire a service, for the duration of our relationship and as long as legal obligations require. IP addresses from failed lookup attempts are deleted within 24 hours at most. Procedure documents are kept for the duration of the procedure and up to 9 months after it is completed, unless the law requires a longer period; they are then deleted. You can ask us to delete them earlier by writing to logistica.ebiole@outlook.com.
Who we share it with
For the website to work, providers process data on our behalf: the service that receives contact form messages (Formspree), the chat provider (Botpress) and the web hosting company. Some may be located outside Equatorial Guinea. We do not disclose your data to other third parties, except where required by law or by a competent authority.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, rectify or delete your data, or to object to its use, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to logistica.ebiole@lebiole.com stating your name and what you wish to do. We will reply as soon as possible.
Security
We apply reasonable measures to protect data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), password-restricted access to the internal panel, non-sequential tracking codes and blocking of repeated attempts. The public lookup only shows the holder’s abbreviated name.
